On July 12, 2018 Sprague R. Higgins devoted father of Brian Higgins and Heather Higgins; father-in-law of Howard Stroterhoff; brother of Patricia Famiglietti and Dennis Higgins; step-son of Margaret Higgins; also survived by his friends Don and Gaelyn Hauser and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM where services will be held on Tuesday at 8 PM.
